It's possible that the letter you received from Healthy Louisiana informed you of your switch to Healthy Blue. Or, as a new member, we may have mailed you a membership certificate and a special gift.

We're coordinating with them to make sure you don't see any disruptions to the services that were pre-authorized under your old health plan or were part of your individualised care plan. It's important to us that you get the care you need to be well.

Keep your Medicaid information up to date to maintain coverage
Members of Healthy Louisiana must maintain accurate records in order to maintain Medicaid eligibility. You can update your contact info, bank details, and job history at https://sspweb.
lameds.ldh.la.gov/selfservice/. In order to make any modifications, you will need to register for an account.
Having an up-to-date address and contact information is essential, as Medicaid is now performing eligibility checks more frequently than once a year.
Be sure to reply promptly to any Medicaid requests for additional information or income verification.
If you don't, even if you're still qualified for Medicaid, your case could be closed and you'd lose your benefits.
